Notebook for Notes2020.03.16
I’ve just made a notebook for scribbling words and translation ideas. I’ve made those notebooks in the past, and failed, so I’m not quite sure about doing this, but we’ll see.
And I’ve just remembered I was furious when Hayashi-san asked me how would I translate our prime minister’s word, 「募っているという認識だった。募集しているという認識ではなかった」. I said “furious”, but not to him, but to I don’t know what. To lots of things, mainly to my brain, I’d say. Anyway, I wanted to figure it out, so here’s what I think of for now: “I was just welcoming joining us. I didn’t intend (or mean) to recruit anybody.” I know this needs to be revised, but that’s not what I want to do now, I just wanted to try, so.
