1986年 奈良県出身
大阪外国大学卒業後、英文事務職のかたわら
ゆるっとした英語の会ESS（えいご・しゃべれ・そう）、
アート・デザイン分野での翻訳、海外とのやりとりを始める。
2015年よりフリーランス。

書かれていることがわかったり
話したい人と話せたり
単純に、英語の表現や音を楽しんだり
そうして＜幸せ＞や＜楽しい＞が増えるのを見る瞬間に生かされています

Yuki Matsushima

Born in Nara, based somewhere between language & culture.
After graduating from Osaka University of Foreign Studies, she started ESS (Eigo Shabere Sou – “Feels like I’m speaking English”), a casual study group for English learners, as well as her career as a translator. Many of her works can be seen in the art & design field, and she also serves as intermediary.

Acknowledgement

I’ve been supported by so many individuals up till now. When I assist someone with English, I am, too, supported by that.

When Kenta Kobato uttered the name “Pine tree translation”, it sounded positive and yellow,and I felt, it represents something happy. With Kei Sumiya (Su-)’s design, which always reinvigorates like a breath of fresh air, Eyu Nakajima (Booklore), who connects a lot of individuals, gave it shape to this website.

And to everyone including my family, who I’ve met in the past and I’ll meet in the future, your love makes this place.
